Nintendo To Make More NES Classics

Nintendo of Japan just announced over on its twitter account that it will be manufacturing more Famicom Classic Edition consoles for sale in 2018.

Reports indicate that North America will also be getting more of the NES Classic Edition consoles and whilst there is no news on other territories, it’s safe to assume that we will be seeing additional stock across the board now that Nintendo has recognised the continuing demand for the mini hardware.

Fans who missed out on the first batch of the novelty console will be pleased that they no longer have to battle with eBay scalpers to add the mini to their collection. Nintendo also recently warned fans off from doing exactly that with their upcoming SNES Classic Edition (by promising additional stock), which is already listed on eBay for over triple the RRP in some cases.
